Strike Club provides post-event floral breakdown and any add-on services selected in this proposal. The client is the florist, and services will be performed on the confirmed event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

This proposal is an estimate. The final balance will be calculated using the florist’s final event contract, which must be provided to Strike Club at least 10 days before the event. Essential Strike is 5% of the final floral & decor subtotal. Full-Service Strike is 10%. Add-ons are priced as listed in this proposal.

Your date is reserved once you submit the booking form and receive written confirmation from Strike Club. Until confirmation is sent, the date remains available for other bookings.

Pricing includes the service window listed in the proposal. Additional time caused by an extended event, delayed access, or other circumstances outside Strike Club’s control will be billed at $150 per hour for our onsite team of at least two people.

No deposit is required. The full balance is due once inventory drop-off is complete. Strike Club may pause or decline future bookings until any past-due balance is paid.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be moved to another available date at no charge. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are subject to the full service fee. If Strike Club cancels, no payment will be due.

Strike Club will perform only the services and add-ons confirmed in writing. The florist is responsible for providing accurate event details, timely venue access, and clear instructions for inventory collection and return.
